Our Genre.

Drama genre:

Drama is a genre that depends mostly on realistic character dealing with emotion themes. Dramatic themes such as alcohol, drug addiction, racial prejudice, religious intolerance, poverty, abusive relationships, crime and corruption. They put the characters in conflict with themselves, others and society.

All film genres can include dramatic elements, but drama films focus on the drama of the main issue within the film.




Thriller genre:


Thrillers mainly have an atmosphere of menace, violence, crime and murder by showing society as a dark, corrupt and dangerous, although they often have a happy ending in which the antagonist gets killed or arrested.



Social realism grenre:

Social realism in films is representative of real life, with all its difficulties. The stories and people portrayed are everyday characters, usually from working class backgrounds. Typically, films within the social realist canon are gritty, urban dramas about the struggle to survive the daily grind.
